Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Growth Mindset (operating at grwthmindset.com, sometimes written as “tmindset” and referred to as “we” or “us” below). By using the site, subscribing to the newsletter, or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

If you don’t agree with anything below, please don’t use the site.

Growth Mindset is an independent newsletter and digital product business. You can reach us at hello@grwthmindset.com.

These terms are between you and Growth Mindset, the operator of this site.

You may use the site to:

• Read the free essays and articles
• Subscribe to the free newsletter
• Buy our digital products (eBooks, Notion templates, etc.)
• Receive lead magnets and downloads you’ve requested

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital products you’ve purchased (one purchase = one personal license)
• Scrape, mass-download, or republish our content without permission
• Use the site or our content in any way that would harm or defame us
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or rate-limiting
• Use our service for any unlawful purpose

Some features (the account dashboard, your purchase history, downloads of past purchases) require a free account. You sign in via a magic link sent to your email — there’s no password. Keep your email account secure; we’ll treat anyone with access to your email as you.

You’re responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

The Growth Mindset newsletter is free. By signing up, you agree to receive email from us. We send roughly one essay a week, plus occasional product announcements.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the one-click link in any email we send. Unsubscribing stops the newsletter but doesn’t close your account or affect any active purchases.

All purchases on Growth Mindset are processed through Stripe. When you click “Buy” on a product page, you’re redirected to Stripe’s hosted checkout to complete payment. Stripe’s terms also apply to that transaction.

• Payment is taken in full at the time you place the order. We don’t offer recurring billing of any kind.
• Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment (usually via an email link from us containing the download or template access). Delivery is typically within 60 seconds; we’ll work with you if it takes longer.
• Once you’ve received a digital product, your purchase is non-transferable.

Prices, products, and availability can change. We’ll honor the price shown at the time you place an order.

All digital product sales are final. No refunds. Because every product on Growth Mindset is delivered electronically and accessible immediately on purchase (the PDF, Notion template, or course content is yours the moment payment clears), we don’t offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on completed orders.

We take the no-refund policy seriously because:

• Digital goods can’t be “returned” — once you’ve downloaded a PDF or duplicated a Notion template, you have it forever, regardless of what we do.
• Every product page describes exactly what’s included before you click Buy. Read the description, the format, and the chapter / module list carefully.
• Sample chapters, preview essays, and the free newsletter give you ample opportunity to gauge whether our writing resonates with you before any purchase.

Fraudulent or unauthorized charges: if you believe a charge was made without your authorization (e.g. someone else used your card), contact us immediately at hello@grwthmindset.com and we’ll work with you and Stripe to resolve it.

Bugs / broken downloads: if a download link doesn’t work or a Notion template is missing content, contact us at hello@grwthmindset.com and we’ll fix it immediately at no charge. This is a fulfillment issue, not a refund situation — you’ll still receive what you paid for.

All content on grwthmindset.com — essays, products, designs, code — is owned by Growth Mindset unless otherwise stated. You can share excerpts of our writing on social media or in your own work, but only with proper attribution and a link back to the original.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a single-user personal license. You can use it for your own work, copy it to as many of your own devices as you want, and modify it for your own use. You cannot:

• Resell, redistribute, or share it publicly
• Use it for commercial training datasets or AI training
• Strip out our branding and pass it off as your own

If you submit anything to us — feedback, ideas, comments, product reviews — you give us a non-exclusive right to use that content to improve the service (for example, incorporating feedback into future articles or displaying approved reviews on product pages). We don’t claim ownership of what you submit.

We do our best to make Growth Mindset useful, but the site and products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific outcome (productivity gains, life improvements, etc.) will result from using our content or products.

The advice in our newsletter and products is for educational and personal development purposes only. It’s not medical, financial, or legal advice.

To the extent allowed by law, Growth Mindset is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This doesn’t apply to liability we’re not allowed to limit by law (gross negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, etc.) and doesn’t limit your statutory consumer rights under your local law.

You can stop using Growth Mindset anytime — unsubscribe, delete your account, or just stop visiting.

We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties. Completed digital product purchases remain yours regardless of account status.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, this clause doesn’t affect your right to bring proceedings in your local courts or to rely on mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these terms when the site or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For significant changes that affect your rights, we’ll email subscribers and give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the site after the changes take effect means you accept them.
